Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact Scorpion Tactics as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within seven days of delivery and include your order number and photographs of the package and item.

Scorpion Tactics accepts returns and exchanges on eligible merchandise within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition. Drinkware must be unused and returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled by Scorpion Tactics. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Customized, personalized, clearance, and final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Size exchanges are subject to product availability.

To request a return or exchange, contact Scorpion Tactics through the website before sending the item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

• Do not use bleach or fabric softener.

• Hang drying is recommended.

• If machine drying, tumble dry on low heat.
