Service Description

Scorpion Tactics Sergeant Assessment Training prepares law enforcement professionals for the promotional assessment process and the responsibilities of first-line supervision. Participants receive structured instruction, realistic scenarios, and direct feedback designed to strengthen leadership, decision-making, prioritization, communication, and articulation. The training provides candidates with a repeatable problem-solving process for organizing their responses, addressing personnel and operational challenges, and clearly explaining their decisions to assessors. Participants complete practice scenarios, assigned exercises, and follow-up reviews that identify strengths and areas needing improvement. This program is built on a proven coaching process used to prepare more than 80 officers who were later promoted to sergeant. The goal is not to memorize answers—it is to develop candidates who can think, communicate, and respond like effective supervisors.
